Resons Why All Religious Book Can Not be the Actural Words of God

World Christianship Ministries Enlightenment Page #17

Is the Bible Really the Word of God? It's not Logically so. The same goes for any religious book.
As mentioned by NDE Near Death Experience survivors, their is no religion back in our "real home" called Heaven!

Why the Bible and other holy books can not truly be the "Word of God":

Is the Bible Really the Word of God?

Many people say the Bible is the "Word of God." But if we stop and think about it, that might not be fully true. Here's why:

  1. God doesn’t write books.
God is a powerful, loving spirit — not a person with hands to hold a pen. The Bible was written by human beings. Even if they were trying to write about God, they still had their own ideas, beliefs, and mistakes.

  2. Different religions say different things.
Christians, Muslims, Hindus, and many other faiths all have different books they call “holy.” They each claim their book is the truth. But they can’t all be right if they disagree. This shows these books were shaped by people, not just by a perfect God.

  3. Near Death Experiences (NDEs) tell a different story.
Many people who almost died and came back say they met a being of light that was full of love — not judgment or anger. They say this being never talked about religion or holy books, only love, peace, and learning. That’s very different from what many religious books say.

  4. Some parts of the Bible are scary or cruel.
There are verses where God is shown as angry, demanding war, or punishing people harshly. But if God is pure love — like people describe in NDEs — then those verses don’t make sense. It seems more like people wrote down their own fears or political ideas.

  5. Books can be changed.
Over time, people have added, removed, or edited parts of the Bible. Some stories were left out on purpose. If the Bible was truly perfect and holy, why would people need to change it?

So What Is God's True Message?

If we trust what Near Death Experiences say, God’s real message is not in just one book — it’s in how we live with love, kindness, and understanding. God speaks to us in our hearts, through our actions, and through deep inner truth. Not just words on paper.

Here’s a pastor-level version of the same message — still respectful, but framed for clergy who may be deeply invested in scripture and tradition, while inviting them to consider broader spiritual insights, especially from Near Death Experiences (NDEs):

Is the Bible Truly the Word of God? — A Thoughtful Reflection for Pastors

As pastors, we are called to shepherd others in love, truth, and humility. Many of us were taught that the Bible is “The Word of God” — infallible, complete, and divine. But is it truly God’s word, or man’s interpretation of divine inspiration? Let’s explore this question with both reverence and openness.

1. God is Spirit, not a scribe.

Scripture itself says, “God is Spirit” (John 4:24). God is not a human being who writes books. Every word in scripture passed through the hands and minds of human authors — shaped by their culture, worldview, and limitations. Even if inspired, their writings cannot be perfect reflections of an infinite God.

2. No book can fully contain the Divine.

The Creator of galaxies, souls, and light cannot be fully captured in any single book. As beautiful and sacred as the Bible is, God transcends all written texts. Every religion claims their book is “God’s word,” yet their scriptures often conflict. Truth cannot contradict itself — but human interpretations can.

3. NDEs present a radically different God.

Thousands of Near Death Experience testimonies describe a loving, radiant Being of Light who does not judge by religion or doctrine. This Being does not demand worship, punish sin, or threaten hell — but radiates compassion, understanding, and personal purpose. This stands in stark contrast to some biblical portrayals of wrath, judgment, or exclusion.

4. Scripture was compiled, edited, and controlled.

Church councils, political motives, and theological agendas shaped what books were included or excluded from the Bible. Gospels like Thomas and Mary were suppressed. If the Bible were truly the perfect Word of God, why did humans need to filter it?

5. Love, not doctrine, is the ultimate message.

If we believe “God is Love” (1 John 4:8 and 1 John 4:16), then any message not rooted in unconditional love cannot be the full truth of God. Jesus’ core teaching was love — love of God, love of neighbor, love of self. That truth echoes through the deepest NDEs far more clearly than creeds or commandments.

A Call to Spiritual Maturity

Being a pastor today may require more than defending old traditions — it may call us to deeper discernment. What if God still speaks? Not only through scripture, but through intuition, experience, inner guidance, and yes — even Near Death Experiences?

Perhaps instead of saying “The Bible is the Word of God,” we might more humbly say:

“The Bible contains many inspired words about God,
but the full Word of God is Love — and Love has no limits.”

🌿 Sermon: Is the Bible Truly the Word of God?

— For Pastoral Delivery or Reflective Study

Opening Prayer:
“God of Light and Truth, open our hearts today. Let us not cling to what is easy or familiar, but seek what is real, eternal, and filled with love. Speak not only through scripture, but through Spirit. Amen.”

I. What Does “Word of God” Really Mean?

We often declare, “The Bible is the Word of God.” But is it? Or are we repeating something we were told — without asking if it aligns with the true nature of God?

The Bible says God is Spirit (John 4:24) and God is Love (1 John 4:8). Spirit doesn't hold a pen. Love doesn’t dictate books. Human beings wrote the Bible — not God — and those humans, though possibly inspired, were limited by their time and culture.

II. The Problem with Competing “Holy Books”

Every religion says their book is divine — yet their messages often contradict. Can God give conflicting truths? Or is it more likely that people interpreted the Divine differently?

Even within Christianity, the Bible has been translated, edited, and shaped by church councils. Books like the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Mary were removed or banned. If God wrote the Bible, would we be allowed to alter it?

III. A Message from the Other Side — NDEs

Thousands who have had Near Death Experiences speak of a Divine Being of Light, radiating perfect love. This Being does not condemn or threaten — it understands. No religion is preferred. No scriptures are mentioned. The message is always the same:

“You are loved. You are learning. You are part of Me.”

This matches the teaching of Jesus in its purest form — unconditional love.

IV. A Better Way to Describe God’s Voice

Perhaps we’ve misunderstood the phrase Word of God.
Maybe it's not words in ink, but the Living Word that speaks through love, intuition, truth, nature, Spirit, and direct inner knowing.

Jesus never told anyone to write a Bible. But he did say:

“The Kingdom of God is within you.” (Luke 17:21)

Let that sink in. The Kingsom is Not in a book — but within you!

V. Conclusion: Love is the Real Word of God

The Bible can be helpful, poetic, even inspired. But it is not perfect.
God’s true Word is Love.
And love doesn’t need translation, doctrine, or dogma — only living.

Benediction:
Go forth with courage and kindness. Let your life be a living scripture of compassion. May you listen for God's voice — not only in pages, but in your heart, your journey, and your love for others. Amen.

Why the Bible Might Not Be the Word of God — and Why That’s Okay

By D.E. McElroy | World Christianship Ministries

For generations, people have been taught that the Bible is the literal “Word of God.” But is that really true?

Let’s pause and ask a deeper question: Would a loving, eternal God choose to speak to the world through edited manuscripts, political councils, and centuries of human translation?

The Bible is an ancient book — a collection of spiritual stories, letters, and poetry written by human beings across centuries. While it contains beautiful and moving passages, it also includes violence, contradictions, and outdated laws. If God is pure love, how do we reconcile that with passages of wrath, genocide, and judgment?

Enter Near Death Experiences (NDEs).
For decades, people who nearly died have returned to report meeting a radiant Being of Light. These accounts — from children, atheists, Christians, Hindus, even Doctors and more — consistently describe the same thing: a presence of infinite love, free of judgment, welcoming all souls. These beings never quote scripture. They never ask what church someone attended. They offer only understanding and peace.

If God truly is love, as the New Testament says, then love itself may be the only reliable Word of God. It isn’t trapped in pages — it flows through us, around us, within us.

This doesn’t mean we throw the Bible away. It simply means we stop idolizing the book and start living the message: Love one another.

And if that’s God’s true Word, then perhaps it’s time we listen — not to the ink, but to the inner voice of divine love.
